How do you beat Carl Froch playing Caleb Plant? [Pro Difficulty]

Everytime I waste my stamina trying to keep Froch off me with punches and sidesteps/pivots to keep away. I can land hard shots that do nothing except the occasional stun that doesn't drop him. By round 5 he corners me and spams body shots that drop me because I don't have the energy to keep away anymore. It feels like I have to play a perfect game to get a majority decision.
