Continued rebalancing
In January, the Vanguard suggestion was to ‘double down’ on non-US stocks, with 50% of your stock portfolio being non-US. Now Vanguard is suggesting a Portfolio Allocation of 70% bonds / 30% stocks. I suppose these recommendations are not mutually exclusive, as you could have only 30% equities, equally split between US and non-US. Who is rebalancing their portfolios based on the latest recommendation? Are these changing recommendations the equivalent of market timing?
