[LotM newbie] Can witches have descendants?

Hello everyone, a question: can high-ranking/high-sequence women in the Demoness sect have children/reproduce? I don't think the potions take away fertility, right? For example, if a witch tries to charm a clown, if Klein has sex with Trissy, can she get pregnant? If she does get pregnant, how will the women of the sect react? Will they welcome the child or reject it? That's my question, and I'd like your answer.
