Crazy neck/shoulder pains?

Has anyone else experienced insane pain in their shoulder/back of neck area? I am just 36 hours into starting 150mg, and the pain has been there for nearly the same amount of time. Got better right before my second dose, but a few hours after dose 2 the pain is back. Left side specifically. If this lasts I might have to stop within a week!!
