Please help me with my finances and budgeting - any advice is good advice for me

Hey all - looking for some guidance on my personal finances. Let me preface with, I was a dunce with my finances from 20-28.. it’s going to look bad but I just need help.

Income about 115k (95k salary + commission) Take home about 6500 per month on average. All bills total up to 5100 about (variable + fixed) $1750 rent + $150 utilities 750 to student loans per month (2 more loans I haven’t started paying that total 60k) 300 to a personal loan (15k total) $499 car payment (leased Kia telluride) Barely any CC debt - under $500 across 8 cards - about the only thing I was diligent with All other expenses add up to the $5100 which is like phone, car insurance, parking, gym, groceries $3000 in checking $1000 in savings $1500 in Robinhood $50k in traditional IRA (rolled over from my past company 401k $1000 in Roth IRA JUST started this year $1000 in new 401k with my new firm

I have a 7 year old daughter, about $2000 in a 529 for her and save $50 in that.

Anything else I can’t think of. Help me with advice on to better my finances and pay my student loans off faster while also saving..
