Officiant question

I’m getting married on oct. 10th. My fiancé looses her healthcare on the last day of September. She’s on her parents and turns 26 sept 2nd. We are considering going to the courthouse before the end of sept and getting legally married early so I can put her on my healthcare.

My issue is the officiant. We asked a relative to be our officiant and he went out, got ordained, and is super excited. (So are we). I feel like it’s kinda rude of us to take that away from him.

Should we just get legally married early and not tell our officiant and then just not submit his paperwork? I’m not 100% sure how the process works and I’m not sure how to handle it.
