Screaming at Breast

The title pretty much says it all. My baby (12 weeks today) absolutely fights me whenever I try to nurse. It’s been so frustrating that I’ve stopped trying to nurse during the day and I just pump

She use to nurse before bedtime, but just now she screamed at me the whole time. I think part of the problem that if it’s not instant she gets mad. Sometimes she’ll latch for a bit, but often will stop.

During a the day she wants to look around while she eats so maybe that’s why she doesn’t want to nurse during the day?

She’s totally fine in the middle of the night and sometimes early in the morning. This has been an issue the last 2 weeks that’s just getting worse

Is it a phase? Can I fix it? I’m getting so defeated
