Quoted $660 for Fork Seal Replacement

The title pretty much describes the situation. I am new to riding and it is my first bike. I got a bit scared when the shop told me about the issue but I just went ahead and asked them to order the parts (about $60) which means labor cost will be about $600. It is the front left fork and it is leaking a noticeable amount.

For reference it is 2019 Kawasaki Z400 with ABS.

I don’t know much about this and I get the feeling that price is steep. What’s your experience and do you think this is right? Thanks
