I'm currently staying downtown for awhile. Is Pinkertons worth the wait?

For context, I'm a Vegas native, so I'm well aware of tourists spots. Waits don't bother me, and neither does price if it's good BBQ. I'm about a 20 minutes walk from there, and thoroughly enjoy having lunch out at parks, like the ones there and UTSA.

I'm just curious, if I were looking for a nice cut of pulled pork, some slaw and greens, will I be happy with the quality? Thanks.
