Does this sound like it could be h-pylori?

Other

Hi, today I had both an endoscopy / colonoscopy and what they found is gastritis type inflammation in the stomach lining. The thing is about 3 years ago I went to India and I started trying out the street foods and foods at various hotels and ended up getting salmonella after my trip. I was fine after but this year I contacted covid at the start of January and it seemed that I had all the symptoms of covid like the intense anxiety and about 30-40 different systemic symptoms. I have 8-12 symptoms now like dizziness, concentration issues, muscle weakness / tightness / spasms, just feeling off like derealization at times, brain fog at times, headaches, mild nausea, burping, loose stools from time to time etc. I am also iron deficient as well so that could definitely be contributing to some of this too. I know that typical non-hpylori gastritis has more of the extreme nausea, stomach pains, burping, but doesn't seem to come with as many symptoms as h-pylori can, and I'm not really getting the intense stomach pains etc. I just wanted to see what your guy's think it could be? Appreciate any insights.
