Non-accounting exits for industry experienced Staff 2?

Hello, currently a Staff 2 at a good sized Fund Admin (I know). Pay is pretty mediocre, hours also not the best due to clients yada yada. I’ve been applying to analyst roles and haven’t gotten anything back. Most of my coworkers have left for actual fund accounting spots but I don’t want to work in accounting anymore (non accounting undergrad degree). Anyone have any advice or possible career paths?
