Best affordable tires?

I'm on a CBR500R, with a 160/60 ZR17 69W Shinko rear tire, that's needing replaced soon.

I don't do anything crazy on the bike, I don't really ride it too hard (most of the time), I don't wheelie or anything, but I'm currently dailying it to work and back 15 miles each way.

What would be the best budget rear tire for that type of riding?

Side note: most of the roads on the way to work are mountain roads, so pretty curvy.
