Do people actually use hand dryers in bathrooms?

Very recently, I’ve started using the hand dryers in bathrooms. In the past I never used them due to being quite the germaphobe. However, I need to know if people actually use these things because they’re SO inefficient. I feel like I end up drying my hands under the dryer for what feels like a full minute lmao. I never see people drying their hands for this long obviously. My thing is why even use the dryer if your hands are still very likely going to be damp. Genuinely doesn’t make sense to me lmfao.
