2017 mazda cx3 gx awd what do you think?

2017 MAZDA CX-3 AWD 4DR GX with 131.4k km/ clean carfax no accident. Selling at mazda dealership selling for 17,888k. Maybe i can negotiate a bit but what do you guys think?

I was also looking at the 2017 hrv clean carfax no accident one owner with 82k km selling for 23k cad$ otd price no space for negotiation. Its sold at a honda dealership 3 hours away but the mazda is within my city.
