High CPU in Fortnite

After a couple weeks of not playing fortnite i load in and my CPU runs at 100% and my GPU at 30%. I deleted my Cache folders for Fortnite and I cant delete the cache folders for Nvidia because I cant force close nvdia without it opening again in the background.

I built my PC a some months back. I wasn't having issues until chapter 6 season 5 started. I tried the clearing my Cache a few times and it worked but now there are no cache folders to delete to fix the issue.

How do i fix my issue?

GPU: MSI 5060TI Nvidia GeForce RTX 16GB

Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM 64GB (2X32GB)

CPU Cooler: MSI MAG Coreliquid A15 240
