Anal fissure/hemorrhoids that won’t heal

Howdy. I’m a 23 year old female who has been dealing with hemorrhoids since I was a teenager from severe chronic constipation. To put it in perspective, I got one of those shots in the gut that are supposed to give you a BM in a few minutes once when I was in the ER and i didn’t have a BM until two days after.

Now, because of this, my bowel movements are inconsistent and about a year ago, i apologize for the phrasing, I had a poop the size of a pringles can. You know the poop knife meme? It was borderline that situation if I didn’t have a heavy duty toilet. Pun intended. Now, to the point.

After that, I got a tear and popped my hemorrhoid. I was in agony for about two weeks and then it mostly healed. But ever since, it’s Like it rips every few months. I don’t strain. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m mostly regular and have soft stool 90% of the time. But, it keeps happening. I use the prep h cream, wipes and suppositories and nothing helps. Right now, I’m dealing with it again and have consistent light bleeding. I don’t have health insurance or money at all so, I can’t exactly go to the doctor but, I can scrape enough to possibly pay for products like I have been. So, I need advice, recommendations, anything that helps. For the love of god. It hurts, i can’t sit down and I can’t go to the bathroom without being anxious and in pain. Great times. Rn, the sharps stinging is not like, internal. Its external which as you can imagine, hurts. So, I need treatments, product recommendations, diet recommendations, you name it. I’d follow google advice but as I’ve said, I have chronic constipation. I’m sure you can assume that no, miralax, fiber supplements and higher fiber intake doesn’t work. I’ve tried it. Believe me.
