Darrow and the blackthorn

Throughout the series I continue to feel like darrow has a lot of the same characteristics as the Blackthorn, Dalinar Kholin, from Brandon Sandersons Stormlight Archive.

Humble beginnings aside, Darrow has continued to be the pure embodiment of rage, an iron gold battering ram punching straight through every obstacle he comes across. Even as he learned and changed and became more thoughtful, he still felt like his purpose was war. He had to be the one to destroy the enemy, because no one else could, just like dalinar. Both are tyrants, but tyrants trying to be better than the tyrants that came before.
