Necklace or bracelet ?

Which one do you wear the most? Even to sleep. Are bracelets easier to lose or is it just my sensation?

I know it is a super personal decision but I plan on buying a really nice necklace, the most expensive yet. I have kind of a collection already and as I work a lot with my hands, I can wear a necklace with no interference. However I do not own almost any bracelets and I've seen a few that really caught my attention.
