Is there a way to lower the secondary arms to not share the shoulder with the original arms? (Free Version)

I’m making (trying to make) a thrikreen character for dnd, which are a 4 armed race, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to not have the arms coming out of the same space/shoulder like they do and lower them just a little so they are more defined in the mini.
