(Java) Master Fletchers got moved and now only have 2 trades?

I moved 2 fletchers closer to my base to use the good old stick trade and now they only have 2 trades, both of the trades are the last ones they unlocked when they hit master. So no stick trades. I've tried breaking and replacing their job blocks multiple times and waiting for them to reset but nothing happens.
