Fortegra Specialty Insurance Company via Steadily

Considering purchasing a homeowner's insurance policy for my investment property with Steadily. The quote shows Fortegra as the insuring company. I have never heard of either company, it seems like they have a good financial stability rating.

Just wondering if anyone could provide input from their own personal experience with Steadily/Fortegra from a customer service and claims standpoint?
