Vocals help!

hey guys so basically i don't understand why my vocals always seem bad or out of place, i am going for a more 'phonk' route and ill add bitcrushers and that stuff later but i want to focus on getting more clear vocals 1st. i use a hyperx quad cast mic (really not the best) but i have gone through every different plugin combo, watched 100+ videos and even built myself a sound dampening area in my room (don't ask) and have made sure to sidechain the vocals to the beat and yet even after all that they still don't seem very 'good'? would anyone have any suggestions?

Also ignore the lyrics I made them up on the spot for an example!!!
