Our Airbnb hosts wants us to cancel our reservation

The host is messaging me telling me they're no longer doing airbnb and to please cancel my reservation. I replied with a screenshot of what airbnb says to do when a host needs to cancel. It just seems fishy to me. Theyre now telling us that we're the only people who havent canceled our reservation. Im at the point where I could just cancel and get a 100% refund. Please help.
