Am I crazy for considering this Hyundai?

Been looking at used cars, found a 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE Sport. Given their reputation i'd like a second opinion.

Things that stand out to me are:

Lowmilage - 90000km/56000mi,

No accidents

Regular Maintenance, I see regular oil changes eveery 8K km/5K mi

ball joints, brakes, rotors, control arms were just replaced within the last 2000km/1200mi by a reputable mechanic shop along with a maintenance inspection being performed by said shop.

The only thing I don't see being done is transmission fluid.

I've yet to check the car out in person but it looks great based on the photos.

Seller is asking for $12K CAD/$8.7K USD.

Is it worth checking out?
