Amex Platinum, AA World Elite and Sapphire Reserve combo?

Hi - so a few facts

- My wife and I have the Amex Plat (primary and Auth user); we use it for $75K spend so we can get our family into the lounges. FHR is pretty good and we probably spend $20-30K/year through that. With lines for lounges and some lounges being subpar, we are considering AA Citi World Elite to get Admirals Club access

- I am AA EP and am in a hub city; currently we have the AA Citi platinum card and spend to get the 200K loyalty points. I get there through a combo of spend and travel (we primarily travel on AA and spend around $15-20K personally plus work travel)...we are looking at canceling the AA Citi basic card and getting the World Elite card because it earns 4x on AA spend and ofc the Admirals Club membership...I will continue to put $ on here to maintain EP since those benefits are pretty good. I also get the option of getting a free Admirals Club as an EP perk when we hit 200K LPs but didnt do so in the past. If I get the AA world elite card I will add my wife as an authorized user and get her/family in when I am not with them. We have 800+ FICOs so not worried about hit to credit score from canceling a card but if we can avoid it and use the EP benefit that is also an option but the downside is that my wife cannot go in without me (which I am OK with)

- When I run the math Chase Sapphire seems like a good addition but it feels odd to have three premium cards...if we get this, then I would keep Amex Plat for FHR and general optionality but would remove my wife as an auth user...seems like based on the spending we do, we can accumulate more points using this

Any insights would be very much appreciated
