Questions Please? Looking to ease my mind a bit.

29(M) I am waiting to see the doctor in a few weeks but I am becoming more and more worried. I wanna run a few symptoms I have and see how normal it is for IBS. This all started a few months ago. A few hrs after I eat I get really bloated and gassy. The pain is under my belly button mostly on the left. I have diarrhea all the time (I have had diarrhea most of my adult life). I'm fine in the mornings but as the day goes on it gets worse. I haven't vomited and no bloody diarrhea. Mostly just pain and bloating and gas with some indigestion. I am seeing the doctor no matter what I just am stressed so much and want to here what everyone thinks.
