Are these realistic numbers for settlement?

My husband and I were in a car accident, other driver is over 65 and accepted fault... The insurance company is trying to push us cowbell offers we are now looking at trial for it.

Our car was 6500 Medical bills range in total of 100-130k back injuries, tbi &whiplash And ptsd from accident I had to quit my job due to the injuries.. I
We are were new homeowners and in the process of starting a family. It has now been 9 months since accident and 4 since completing OT our lawyer is a high rated lawyer.. He is going to request somewhere in the realm of 500k -1million Do these numbers sound realistic? I just want an idea so we can start to rebuild our lives and move on from all this
