New to Sciatica

New to sciatica as the title says. I can barely walk. My l

leg shaking uncontrollably. I can’t find a way to sleep… I have pain from my buttocks down to my toes. I have gabapentin which I have been taking. I have muscle relaxers, and I even have oxycodone which doesn’t really seem to help with this type of pain. I’m hoping someone can tell me how long this flare will last, are there any things I could do that will help me? I had an MRI done. I have to copy it out of my records and I’ll post it. Right now, I’m just looking for some tips and tricks cause I cannot get comfortable
