My ex is rage baiting me via work

So like the title says… Me and my ex work together… She is at work I’m off until 8/26. Well she was talking to 2 of my coworkers about our first sexual experience in great detail like the first night we had sex after she swore to me this was something she would never do to someone she was with, she also painted our break up as I was some raging jealous guy that was manipulative. I can get past most of this but the part where she is spreading our first time sexual experience with each other hurts because I trusted her to not ever do that… like she used to judge her friends for doing this and saying how shitty it was of them… Now she was doing it. What makes matters worse is all this is intentional and manipulative by her because one of the people she was talking to about it has known me since 2015 and we are very close which she knows this… she used to be slightly jealous of her mind you this is older woman in her 50s and I’m in my early 30s… But that doesn’t matter. The point is that she told her knowing she would tell me because she is like one of my best friends at work.. But she basically told her a lot more stuff to get back to me and hurt me mentally… I don’t plan to respond to any of it work wise but she knows I’m dealing with a daughter that just got diagnosed with cancer and this person used to be supportive of me and all this and now I just hate her. I wrote a message to her yesterday wishing her well and telling her I would speak about her respectful and would also respect the work boundaries we talked about if we ever split and then she immediately does when I block her on everything. Now to find out before I sent that message yesterday she had told all my business to god knows who…
