Required to upload a video interview for my schools mental health desk job

Hi, so I need advice. This is my first time applying to a job and its something close to my future field. However, it requires me to upload a video of myself for the first round of interviews. I have a shit ton of anxiety regarding being on camera and they want us to upload it onto a google drive where other candidates can see it. I really really don't like the idea of other people having access to a recording of me. I just emailed the recruiter telling him about my concerns and asking if I could instead email it to him or send it in a dropbox. So idk what to do on that front.

The other thing he's asking for is for us to be creative. So do I do something silly like where a cowboy hat and talk in a southern accent or do I not put any effort in?
