Can’t get around Musikfest without weed smoke

What’s up with all the weed smoking going on here especially in the crowds walking around with families. I got kids having to breathe that in. You can’t escape it honestly embarrassing almost like a Grateful Dead concert or a McDonald’s employee out near the trashcan, smoking. I don’t need an almost second hand high.
