crouch block DP motion?

Does anyone know the input on how pro players get a crouching DP from blocking position? from down back blocking jab jab DP. sometimes i’ll get fireball or super. is there a more consistent way? bonchan sagat prime example as he never leaves a crouching position but gets the DP off everytime
