Went in water with open wound - plz don’t judge

Again, please don’t judge but serious question. I arrived in Iceland yesterday and today I went to the Hvammsvik hot springs. Well unfortunately I fell Sunday night and it cut open my knee a bit. When I got into Iceland yesterday I went to a clinic and they cleaned it out for me. I mentioned going into the hot springs including the specific name and was told it was fine to get in. That it would burn a little but there’s really little concern with infection/bacteria. When I got there I had one of the water/bacteria proof bandages on but after getting in the thermal pool and one of the springs I could tell it wasn’t holding up so I got out. I took the bandage off and then proceeded to shower nude as I was told to do (also showered before). I have anxiety and am now fairly anxious. How much do I need to worry?
