Can I replace a V1 motherboard with a V2 and vice versa??

Asking to see if V1 and V2 motherboards are interchangeable.

I have an Unpatched v1 motherboard and a Modded v2. But I wanna swap them between the two consoles I have since one has a faulty screen. Would this work without major issues??
