Strange Console Lag

Got online tonight and started getting frame stutters every 30-45 seconds, dropping FPS very low for a few seconds each time. My ethernet is fine and I tested other games to make sure, tried closing the game too. I’ve never had lag problems like this on console with solid connection, any advice?
