What’s wrong with Marcus?

Basically, I saw mostly negative takes on Marcus and his rework recently, which… I genuinely don’t understand?.. I am having a time of my life with him - he feels so dynamic now, at least to me!

Avoiding attacks with Glitch feels nice, invincibility is no longer a braindead mechanic around which the whole character is built in… and, I dunno why, but he actually feels FASTER to me now! Although, it’s probably because his whole kit has become more diverse, making him less predictable and straightforward.

A small note: I’ve been playing the game for some time, but have never actually interacted with the community before, didn’t even look at any guides, the sub just pops in my feed sometimes... sooo, hai people, I guess :3

Some background info, just in case

• Dojo 12
• An Ironclad main. I play kinda rarely, but in more active periods - usually make it to Top100 on the Ironclad 1v1 leaderboard, sometimes to Top10.
• Not a camper. My whole playstyle on most characters is… kinda just to keep walking at my opponent and hitting them until they don’t get up, just out of protest and spite ^w^’
• I have never really played Marcus before the rework, a couple dozen fights at best.
