Pork free bread recipe?

I don’t eat pork and many of the bread and bread adjacent recipes call for pork panko. this sucks for me because the bread looks soooo good. I love sandwiches and toast. I was wondering if anyone has a good fluffy bread recipe that doesn’t require pork panko? I suppose I could use chicken skins and I’ll try it if I can’t find any alternatives. I’d appreciate any other pork free bread adjacent recipes or deserts that dint require pork? thank u in advance!
