Card visual in Power BI shows abbreviated values (millions) – how to display full number?

I have a card visual in Power BI showing a numeric value (e.g., "1.2M" instead of the full number 10.251.896,25).  I watched some older tutorials (one year ago) changing abbreviated numbers in the "Visual" and "General" but my version don't have such options to change the abbreviation.
