Why is Number C104: Umbral Horror so expensive now??

I haven’t played yugioh competitively in a few years and haven’t been keeping up with the latest sets. I understand this card only had one printing in JOTL and i was going through my collection looking to sell alot of my cards to thin out for other hobbies and i noticed this cheeky fuck sitting at such a high price.

Other than no reprints in past years, anyone know why this is the case? Is this meta in a deck i’m unaware of?
