Tips for shadowing

I’m a fresh highschool graduate about to shadow at a outpatient clinic, I already made a google doc log sheet to log my time and I’m just gonna make whoever I shadow sign it and then once I’m done shadowing switch over to the PTACS form, my question is how should I dress and I have jeans I was planning to wear is that unprofessional? Also any tips or suggestions I already have a notebook prepared to take notes. I also previously worked in a hospital in a nursing station.
