Still pending

My 2024 taxes are STILL showing as pending. Idk what to do or where to begin. I tried calling HR block and it won’t let me speak to a real person because I did the free file. Can someone PLEASE tell me if I need to contact HR block or the IRS and how? I can’t speak to a real person at either customer service number.
