offer lapsed even though i paid and completed qualification verification

Is anyone in the same boat as me? Received an email at 2:06 today that my offer has lapsed even though I completed all the procedures to reserve a slot, and am waiting to register on my designated time slot. Sent them an email, and planning to call them when it’s office hours already.
