NPP Dosage Advice

I am currently taking 500mg/week of Testosterone and 10 IU/daily of HGH. My E2 is high right now, at 133 pg/ml, so I am on Exemestane to bring that down.

Once the E2 is in an acceptable range, what would a recommended dosage of NPP be and should I also be adding Mast to that stack?
