Any sales tips for a new Benz dealer?

VERY excited to be with Mercedes everybody I’ve met has been great even salesman willing to go out of their way to help me out discuss different features philosophy on how to get better and would work for them

It helps that I have been humble for respectful and have gone out of my way to learn, but I am still in the beginning stages. What’s one good piece of advice you would give a rookie salesman who wants to knock it out the park first year?
