Does Universal Studio Japan allow a change on ticket's date?

Not sure where to ask, I bought my ticket planning to be there on may but i've got a really bad pneumonia and had to cancel my trip.

Now i'm going to be there at the end of september but my ticket seems to expire around 23/8 :(
