I got 3 warnings for the same thing

I got 3 warnings for spamming in chat (don't ask) and I've had my account since 2017 and I'm scared about getting banned/Terminated is the 3 warnings a bug or?

I'm thinking of just stopping using chat for a while, will the warnings go away? I've never had a warning or ban before.
