Oreo cookies

So this is more of a storage question than a cooking one but I think you all would have the best answers.

I am gluten fee and I found some GF Oreos. I ordered a couple of packs but I am not eating them that quickly.

I have stuck cake in the freezer to save for later and I am wondering if the same can be done with the Oreo cookies?

Any experience freezing cookies? Do they taste okay weeks or months later when you get ready to eat them?
