My dream is to work in Japan one day. Is this possible?

Im currently going to graduate with an MBA after this next year. During one of my semesters, I studied abroad in Tokyo and loved it so much. I’d like to work there but do not know japanese and I have heard u cant really get a job other than english teacher without Japanese. How realistic would it be to go to a Japanese language school in Japan after I graduate, then with my mba and bachlors get a job where i get sent to japan for a couple weeks a few times a year.
