Increase in ALS cases

Am I the only one who sees a dramatic increase in the amount of people that are being diagnosed with ALS in the past 2 years?? My husband was diagnosed in March 2025, he is 58 years old. Very healthy individual with no pre existing health conditions , no environmental exposure we are aware of and no connection to military. There also seems to be a rise in young people, and a lot of bulbar onset??
