Looking to open my own shop

Hi everyone! I’ve been in the floral industry for a little over 10 years and recently I’ve been wanting to open my own shop. For those who have done it could you answer a few questions for me?

How did you write a business proposal to give to the bank when inquiring about loans? How in depth does it have to be? Do they need to know every single thing I need to purchase in order to start up down to the penny or do they just want a general gist?

What do you use for your POS and your website? Different systems or one? Same with card processing. I have experience in Quickflora and I hate it, so looking for any other options.

Any other tips and tricks would also be greatly appreciated :)
